Place the container in a microwave with the lid slightly off to the side.
Microwave on high for about 4 minutes, or until hot.
Let cool before eating.

Standard Oven
Preheat your standard oven to the suggested temperature of around 325°F (160°C).
Transfer contents into an oven-safe glass or ceramic dish with an appropriate lid or cover made of oven-safe materials.
Place the dish in the standard oven and reheat for approximately 10-15 minutes.
